Hi, I'm Noemi

I work with one specific gap: the one between physical recovery and mental readiness.
I watched my brother — a professional handball player — come back from a serious injury with world-class rehab and zero support for what came with it. He was cleared. He wasn't ready. Everyone rebuilt his knee , but no one rebuilt his trust in it.
Is this you?
Almost back
You're cleared, or close to it. But your body wants to play and your mind is holding it back and some days you catch yourself thinking: I should be ready by now. What's wrong with me?
Your body wants full speed.
Your mind is stepping
on the brakes.
After an injury, your brain has one job: protect you. So it keeps firing warnings — the twinge, the hesitation, the what-ifs — long after the tissue has healed. The scan says you're fine. The brakes stay on.
Pushing harder won't release them. Neither will waiting. What works is training your brain to tell a real body signal from a fear signal, so your mind catches up with your body, and the brakes come off.
What athletes say
Noemi didn't just get me back on track, she helped me perform better than I ever imagined.

Ben, Bristol, founfer of RunFinder
...with all the practical techniques that I've learned, I was able to deal with my difficult situation calmly and confidently, knowing that this time it is going to be ok...

What you get back
Trust your body again
Stop second-guessing every movement. Know the difference between a real signal and a fear signal — and respond to setbacks without spiralling.
Quiet the fear
Tools to calm the fear of re-injury before training, matches and performance, so you can go in fully instead of bracing.
Feel like yourself again
Reconnect with your athletic identity, enjoy your sport instead of just getting through it, and stop carrying the mental side on your own.
01
Focus mental readiness session
When it's one specific fear — one race, one match, one movement — one session can be enough to reset it. One session, one clear thing in the way. You're cleared to play but dreading the match. You've done the rehab but there's one race in the diary and your stomach drops every time you look at it. We go to the root of why your mind keeps responding that way, and install a new response there instead.

Return Stronger Reset
When it's not one moment, it's a pattern. The fear of doing it again, not trusting your body, overthinking every twinge. This is for you if it's not just one specific problem. You're holding back and you're not always sure why. Every ache leaves you second-guessing, is that a real signal, or is that just fear talking? You can't tell anymore, so you play it safe. That's layers, not one block. So we work through them properly: the fear itself, then rebuilding the trust in your body underneath it, then giving you the tools to know what to do when the fear shows up, because it will, and you need to know how to handle it rather than just hope it doesn't.
03
Return Stronger Transformation
When the injury changed more than how you move, it changed how you see yourself. You're back, or nearly back. But you're still operating from the injured version of you. Not trusting your body, bracing for it to happen again, quietly holding back and underneath that, something heavier: you're not performing the way you know you can, and part of you is ashamed of that. That's not a confidence problem. That's a pattern that's had time to settle in, and it needs time to come out properly. We work through it in order, not all at once. Whatever's keeping you slowest gets dealt with first — usually the belief you're still injured — so you can start moving again while we work on the rest.
Tell me what's going on . . .
